Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange unless the goods are faulty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Before you can return an item, you MUST first request a Returns number (RMA), by using the email address email@example.com.
Please include the following information in your email:
- Purchase Date
- Your order number, if any
- Our invoice number
- Reason for the return
- Whether you require a refund or replacement
Once we have received your email, we will respond with the RMA number and returns address, which MUST be included with any return documentation, and also marked clearly on the outside of any packaging.
Items returned without a valid RMA number will NOT be accepted for refund/replacement.
The cost of the return is your responsibility and will not be refunded. We advise that you return your goods using a proof of delivery courier mechanism.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return, and the next steps.
If your return is due to a faulty item, and once checked is found not to be faulty, the item will be returned to you at your cost.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 working days.
Approved refunds will be issued in full with the following exceptions:
of the carriage charge of the original shipment.
- Original order shipping costs
- A 5% handling fee, if your original payment was via PayPal, credit card, or any payment method through which we incurred fees from payment company used.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your payment account company again.
A credit card company, may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only exchange items if they are defective and not damaged in any way by use of the item.
You are responsible for all shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for your returned product, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
